How to Enroll in Brightspire Virtual School
1. Complete the Application
To begin the process, please fill out our application below with essential details about yourself and your child’s educational requirements. Once we receive and review your application, your student will be assigned an Enrollment Specialist. They will proactively assist you by answering your questions and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process. At this time, you can discuss and decide on one of our two options for enrollment: full-time or part-time enrollment.
Our full-time enrollment option is tailored for students who are dedicated to earning an accredited diploma with us. By choosing this path, your child will be fully immersed in our comprehensive curriculum, specifically designed to empower them to excel. For further flexibility, you can also opt for full-year or semester-only enrollment. Our part-time enrollment option allows your child to take one or more individual courses with us and transfer the credits to another school.
If you intend to enroll more than one student, please be sure to fill out one form per student to ensure each student’s information is processed correctly and to ensure each is assigned an Enrollment Specialist.
2. Complete Enrollment Form and Pay Enrollment Fee
Once an Enrollment Specialist confirms your student qualifies, they will send your student’s enrollment forms and collect an enrollment fee.
3. Create Academic Plan & Submit Student Documentation
An Enrollment Specialist will collaborate with you to develop a tailored academic plan for your child, assess possible transfer credits, and gather all required documents. These documents may include previous transcripts or progress reports, any existing IEPs or 504 plans, as well as financial forms.
The duration of this process can vary depending on factors such as the time of year, the efficiency of document gathering and submission, and the unique circumstances of your family. It could range from a few days to a few weeks. Regardless of the timeframe, our committed enrollment team will maintain close communication with you to ensure a streamlined experience throughout the process.
4. Confirm Enrollment & Pay Tuition
Confirm your child’s enrollment by signing the necessary forms and making an initial payment. You have the option to make an upfront payment and enjoy a discounted rate, or you can opt for a payment plan. Our Enrollment Specialists will be happy to help you through this process. Once initial payment is complete we will enroll your child in classes and they’re ready to start!

of $3,990 upfront. Save $290!
- Installment plan: 3 payments of $1,427 due within the first four months.
- Pay a discounted rate of $2,240 upfront. Save $109!
- Installment plan: 3 payments of $783 due within the first four months.
For students who wish to take individual courses, we offer single course enrollment options. These fees must be paid in full upfront.
